Made to Order Cancellation and Return Policy

All items in our shop are "Made to Order," meaning they are handcrafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of these items:

• Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed, as we begin the production process immediately.
• Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

 

受注生産品（Made to Order）のキャンセルおよび返品ポリシー

当ショップの商品はすべて、ご注文を受けてから製作する「受注生産（Made to Order）」となっております。そのため、以下のルールを設けております。

• キャンセルについて: ご注文確定後のキャンセルは承っておりません。製作準備を開始するため、何卒ご了承ください。
• 返品・交換について: お客様都合（イメージと違う、サイズが合わない等）による返品・交換は一切お受けできません。
• 製品の不備について: 万が一、商品に不備や間違いがあった場合は、商品到着後48時間以内にご連絡ください。状況を確認の上、適切に対応させていただきます。
