〜 Casa de Basenjis｜House of Basenjis｜バセンジーの家 〜
This illustration features where Paraíso Basenji was born, and where Shiro and Kuro used to live in Viejo San Juan, Puerto Rico, from 2017 to 2019.

Puerto Rico is one of the nicest places we lived because of its rich culture that I had never experienced before in my entire life. I had a great friend and other nice people who helped me fully enjoy the island and created wonderful memories for me. 

I always wanted to draw scenes from that island, and here's the first one I did.

こちらのイラストは、2017年にパライソ・バセンジが始まった場所でもあり、しろとくろが約4年間住んだ、プエルトリコというカリブ海に浮かぶ島にあるアパートの様子を描いたものです

プエルトリコは、豊かな文化とカリブ海ならではの温暖な気候で、今まで住んだ中でも1番のお気に入りと言っても過言ではない土地でした
良いことも悪いことも、今までの経験とは全く違うものを体験し、久しぶりに本当の外国人に戻ったような新鮮な感覚（英語ではなくスペイン語圏なので）も味わうことができました
いろんな人と出会い、良くしてもらい、いい友達もでき、一生忘れられない思い出深い土地です

今までずっとあのプエルトリコの土地を散歩するしろとくろのイラストを描きたいと思っていたんですが、ようやく第1作目ができあがりました。
実はもう第2作目の構想もあって、そのイラストには今まで会ったことのあるバセンジーのみんなを招待しようと思っています
